Joseph Ijoyemi

MA Fine Art

At the core of my exploration is the notion of identity. As a second-generational migrant, I navigate the intricate terrain of belonging, grappling with questions of heritage and how it shapes my sense of self. I aim to challenge preconceived notions of identity and reimagine the narratives that have been historically constructed around the black experience.

Bigey Rihanata

MA Fine Art

My practice explores cross-cultural identity, gender, race, stereotypes, and misconception through a diverse range of visual mediums. A medium is a formof language in my practice, by using a diverse range of mediums and processesof making, I aim to create different languages in which I can best communicate my work and the labor surrounding the process of making.

We are an artist run gallery dedicated to showcasing the work and raising the profiles of emerging and mid career local, national and international artists. We show a mixture of contemporary & experimental art that questions what art is and what art could be.
